Job description
• Involve in field support work – attending to breakdown calls, parts replacement, join visits with 3rd party vendors and others
• Manage Ad-Hoc (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests include Preventive Maintenance
• Occasionally require 24 hours standby and work long hour depending on the site situation
• Willing to work on rotating shift basis
• Managed spare parts assigned
• Communicate efficiently with Head Office on all site transactions made

• Possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in IT or Computer Studies or related discipline
• Experience in supporting Point of Sale, EDC, Card Reader, Desktop, Server and Petrol Pumps would be an added advantage
• Able to communicate in good English and Bahasa Malaysia AND Chinese
• Initiative, matured, independent and responsible
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Must have own transport
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
