Sales Assistant / Pembantu Jualan Setia Alam

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Welcome and advise customers
• Ensure goods are well displayed (an organised shop is a happy shop)
• Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
• Answering queries from customers.
• Handle payments
• Arrange ordering and delivery (walk in and online store)
• Upload and manage inventory for multiple online platform
• Be involved in stock control and management.
• Receive deliveries from suppliers
• Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes sweeping and mopping.
