QA for products ready to eat

Maintain FSMS ie: HACCP , HALAL, ISO22000 and FSSC22000
Perform food safety records recording and making sure operation are perform according to company’s FSMS
Perform inspection and monitoring to ensure all incoming raw material to finished product are comply to food safety standard
Enforcing food safety standard in operation
Perform problem analysis and corrective action
Liaise with external auditor, certification bodies and government regulators
Perform internal audit
Traceability and Mock recall
1-3 years of working experience in food manufacturing, those who have prior experience in GMP, HACCP and HALAL certification will have a good advantage
Fresh graduates with strong academic background are encouraged to apply
