Customer Service Executive

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The main objective of this role will be to handle customer queries and complaints efficiently. Main Responsibilities is to handle customer queries and complaints efficiently, be able to answer email effective and efficiently, be able to handle front end/ backend activities, be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times and be able to submit weekly report to COO on issue and other matters effectively.
