Team leader – telemarketing contact center

JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION :
** to assist Campaign Manager & to supervise a team of Telemarketers
** to deliver quality sales & services
** to support & enable team member to achieve daily KPIs – call target, sales target etc
** to motivate, coach & inspire team member to achieve the sales target
** to handle & resolve enquiries escalated from team members as necessary
** to monitor team members’ attendance
** to review goal for each team member on daily, weekly & monthly basis
** to ensure daily tracking report are updated & accurate
** to assign lead to team member in an effective & fair manner
** to ensure team members are familiar with the product knowledge
** to ensure team members strictly adhere to call center discipline & guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS :

** Must be able to lead of minimum 15 staffs
** Must be able to supervise, train, coach & motivate team
** Able to multitask, work independently with minimal supervision
** Good interpersonal & communication skills in English & Bahasa
** At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
** Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales/Telesales or equivalent
** Malaysian citizens.
