Retail/Operations Admin Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customer who wants to send parcels;
• Perform administrative work to ensure information of parcels are correctly entered into the system and ready for shipment;
• Provide daily reports for HQ;
• Look after the cleanliness of the retail shop and ensure housekeeping is regularly done;
• Any other duty that is assigned

Requirements:
• Fresh graduates encourage to apply, training will be provided;
• Minimum SPM. Those with higher education are encouraged to apply;
• Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English;
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Possess own transport (car or bike);
• Pleasant personality and Independent

Working Hour:
– Monday – Saturday
– 9 hours between 10am-10pm
