– Events Coordinator
* This position is open for two (2) candidates.
* At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Must be able to speak both English and Malay fluently.
* Female applicants preferable.
* Must be flexible and willing to work extra hours (if needed).
* Possess good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with people at all levels.
* Persons with a good attitude and responsible.
* Possess own transport.
* Age range : 25 – 35 years old.
1) Follow up potential customers who are interested to book with Zarlith Wedding Hall.
– Meeting and discussing wedding hall packages
– To confirm food and event arrangements for clients
2) Reply all enquiries through Facebook, Whatsapp and phone calls.
3) Update database of clients on event details, email clients and follow up before event.
4) Assist senior marketing executive to update quotation and other marketing related tasks.
5) To deliver client orders to event manager and supervisor.
6) To ensure orders are provided accordingly on the day of event.
7) Participate and promote in Exhibitions in order to promote Zarlith’s Wedding Hall.
8) Collect deposit payments and reminder of payment from existing customers.
9) To follow up clients after the event for post-event report.
Working Hours :
* Must be able to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
* Off day once a week (Weekday)
* Salary range (including commissions) : RM 3000 – RM 4000
