Responsibilities:

1.
Accurately process walk-in local and international orders from distributors while provide superb customer service.
2.
Ensure all funds are handled properly with honesty.  Shall not exceed 3 payment related errors per month, but perfect reconciliation is expected daily.
3.
Answer all incoming related inquiries from walk-in distributors with accurate answers. This will include the disbursement of various information, distribution of different promotional flyers, checking volumes, and receiving comments/complaints.  Therefore, keeping abreast of new information on products, promotions, Sales & Marketing Plan, policies & procedures is necessary in order to provide consistent information and explanations to Distributors.
4.
Accurately and diligently process all incoming Applications and related documents, namely the Distributor Application Forms, Supervisor Qualification Forms, Ten Customer Forms, Personal Information Amendment, etc. by following the procedures closely.  All incoming documents should be processed promptly on a daily basis.
5.
All documents (Order Forms, Application Forms, etc.) should be filed on a daily basis or as instructed.
6.
Ensure all Orders processed are fully and accurately paid.  Furthermore, daily reconciliation summary must be submitted everyday at appointed time.
7.
Able to upsell / promote company’s products and promotions on every walk-in contact with distributors
8.
Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality standards.  Required to wear uniform.
9.
Able to process Fax-in orders within 24 hours in a normal working day, while all End of Month (EOM) orders must be completely processed before the 5th day of the following month
10.
Able to cope with frequent changes of procedures and policies released by the Company.
11.
All internal and external requests and inquiries must be responded within 1 working day.
    12.
Willing to work overtime and flexible hours as requested/required.
13.
Ensure all other related duties (including various Company’s functions) as directed by superior is completed in the most effective and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM and above
  • 1 year of working experience in customer service industry or relevant MLM/Direct Selling with cash handling experience.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written in English, proficiency in a second local language (Chinese or Malay) is a must.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide superb customer service and resolve problems independently under the company’s guidelines
  • Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative
  • Ability to work in a result-oriented atmosphere under pressure and meeting tight deadlines as flexible working hours maybe required
  • Good computer literacy (Word/Excel/Power point)
  • Well groom and manner
