JOB DESCRIPTION
* Able to handle incoming customer enquiries via electronic channels or phone by providing accurate, efficient & quality service that meets the expectations of the company
* Willingness to take accountability to handle customer’s issues in a professional & courteous manner that meets the expectations of the company
* Posses strong analytical skill to identify cause of issues & recommend solutions
* Ability to work under pressure & with minimum supervision
* Ability to multi-task & good attention to details
* Excellent customer service skill with ability to manage complaint & irate customer

* Typing skills of 35 word per minute with 95% accuracy
