▪ Shift Basis (Begins as early as 7.00 AM and finish latest at 10.00 PM)
▪ 3 + 3 months contract (Extendable based on performance)
▪ Salary (RM1,800.00 – RM2,000) + Allowance + OT + EPF/Socso Contribution + Annual Leave + Medical Claim
▪ Training will be provided
▪ Acts as the Tier 1 support for all customer queries through the assigned communication channels and manage their needs via phone to accommodate inbound – customer engagement and data analysis.
▪ Able to maintain the balance in between a customer’s requirements and business objectives.
▪ Handle high volume of inquiries from clients and customers.
▪ Deliver business strategies and improve customer services and guide them for execution of self-service options.
▪ Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate with Team Leaders and/or Managers.
