-Act as a middle person between the company and customers in resolving technical issues effectively and professionally.
-To improve and responsible for the overall implemantation for customer satisfaction activities.
-Handle customer’s appointment with service centre.
-Make sure customer lounge and service centre area is always clean, need and tidy.
-Perform follow-up call for customers within 3 days from the date they came to service to check whether their car in good condition or not.
-Update daily appointment report.
-Decorate service centre for any festive/promotion events.
-Provide feedback and monitor the progress/status of cases
-Providing weekly/monthly report to management and also for Perodua Sdn Bhd purposes.
-Answer all call with manner and transfer it to the respective persons.
-Responsible to use other marketing tools provided by the management (SMS Blasting/FB/Twitter/etc).
-Coordinate with Service department on the Special Service Campaign.
-General office administration.
-Perform month end closing report.
-Any other report/tasks/duties assigned by time to time basis..
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
*Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification .
*Proficiency in written and spoken English/Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese language preferred
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Applicants (especially Mi croft Excel, Word & power Point)& PC literate.
* Applicant able to start work immediately will have an added advantage .
