Administrative Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Maintain filing documents
– Assist on recording sales analysis & reports (monthly)
– Provide general support to visitors
– Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to hand requests and queries from Manager
– any ad-hocs when requested by management

Requirements
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
