JOB DESCRIPTION
An Administrator provides office and administrative support to either a team or individual. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor..
– Handle daily administration work
– Able to write official letter
– General filing system
– Processing daily invoice billing
– To handle payment for supplier and expenses claim
– Control and monitoring debtors collection
– Prepare payment voucher
– Preparing draft correspondence, create and modify document, issuing, filing and records all incoming and outgoing document
– To provide, support and handle other personal and confidential matters
– Assist Ad-hoc duties in related with administration and account matter as require time to time

Currently Office in Puchong, Will be moving to Putrajaya soon.

Experience Level 1-3 years
