Accounts Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION
To prepare payroll, audit and Commission
At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Take initiative in work and with a sense of responsibility.
Experience in the retailing industry is an added advantage.
To assist in preparing monthly management account.
To prepare monthly reconciliation for suppliers, customers and bank accounts.
To assist in preparing monthly SST submission.
To liaise with external parties such as auditors, company secretary and tax agent.
Maintain proper accounting records and ensure proper storage of data and documents.
Any other duties assigned as and when required.
