Account Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION
Hi. Pusat Tuisyen Idea Unggul is looking for a right candidate as Account Executive.
Please read the details below. Make sure candidate understand our working hours, salary and job description.

1. Ability to prepare various financial reports and analysis according to the requirement of business and management.
2. Coordinating with banks and maintaining bank balance reports.
3. Qualification and experience in maintaining debtor statement and follow up of outstanding receivables.
4. Preparation of supporting schedules for monthly accounts.
5. Do bank reconciliation.
6. Perform company sop in follow up all outstanding payment from customer.

Criteria:
1. Able to work under pressure.
2. Able to work independently, with minimum supervision and meet internal and external deadlines.
3. Able to stay extra hours whenever to make sure job must be done.
4. Pleasant personality,self motivated, good team player with positive attitude.
5. Atleast 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

Probation: 1-3 months depending on perfomance.
Salary (After Confirm):
Basic : RM 1750
Attendance Allowance: RM 100

ADDITIONAL REWARD RM 200 IF ATTENDANCE IS PERFECT (no mc, no el, apply annual leave correctly). We call it as Imbuhan Kehadiran (Attendance Remuneration)

Working Hours:
Wednesday – Saturday: 10.30 am -8.30 pm
Sunday: 7.30 am – 4.30 pm
Monday: 10.30 am -8.30 pm
Off Day: Tuesday only.
